Terézia Halamová is a Slovak director and a graduate of FAMU film school in Prague. Her short film Sing for us (2020) premiered in Taiwan and won several awards. Her last short film Dog and Wolf (2025) premiered at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival in the Future Frames competition, which showcases the best European graduation films. The film was also screened at festivals such as POFF, SEMINCI, Winterthur, and SXSW. For the film, she won the Czech National Film Award for Best Short Film as well as the Magnesia Award for Best Student Film. Currently, she is preparing her debut feature film, The Hour Between Dog and Wolf.
