Kateřina Dvořáková began her career in the film industry at the distribution company Aerofilms, managing PR and marketing campaigns. She also worked as a programmer for the Mezipatra Queer Film Festival and as a production manager at the post-production studio PFX. She is currently in charge of International PR for the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. At První řada, she is involved in developing the feature films Scars (written by Elizaveta Nagibina, directed by Pavel Nosek) and Motya (written and directed by Natalie Schwarz Golovchenko).
