Ivan Casagrande Conti is a producer based in Palermo and Milan. For many years he was a partner at the production company Rossofilm, where he produced commercials, short films, and documentaries.
His work includes Tommaso Santambrogio’s short L'ultimo spegne la luce, which competed in SIC@SIC 2021. The following year he produced Taxibol, a mid-length film set in Cuba and selected, among others, for Visions du Réel and Festival dei Popoli.
He was Delegate Producer on Gli Oceani sono i Veri Continenti, the opening film of the 2023 Giornate degli Autori. In 2024 he produced Things That My Best Friend Lost by Marta Innocenti, winner of the Best Short Award at the Venice Film Festival’s Critics’ Week. Since 2024, he has also been a tutor for the Inprogress development program of the Milano Film Network. In 2025, together with Tommaso Santambrogio, he founded a new production company, Chiotto Film, dedicated to exploring new languages and visions in contemporary cinema.
