Barbora Vlnasova
Graduate of JAMU and FFMU in Brno, Barbora has been working as a freelance dramaturge and screenwriter since 2017, primarily for programs on ČT. As a playwright, her works include Dog Cemetery and Žumpa (winner of the Evald Schorm Award in 2005). Her play Zazděná/Mauerschau was part of an international project by the Goethe Institute in 2009 at Letí Theatre. She has also written radio plays such as Poppy Seed Cakes and Cat Tongues, both of which premiered on Czech Radio in 2009. From 2008 to 2012, she wrote scripts for the series Vyprávěj (Tell Me) on Czech Television, as well as for several other TV series. Boogie Boogie is her first script for fiction feature.
