Albert Hospodářský was born in 1996. He studied at FAMU and his feature fiction debut Brutal Heat, premiered at KVIFF in 2023, receiving a Jury’s Special Mention in the Proxima section, as well as the Main Prize for Best Feature Fiction Film at the Finále Plzeň festival. He is currently working on two new feature projects - Restless and Bruised Knees. Concurrently he is also developing a TV series called The longest second by far.
