Louis Patsias is a Cypriot film producer, director, and post-production specialist with a career spanning nearly three decades. Beginning in post-production in 1995, he was among the first professionals in Cyprus to specialize in advanced graphics and 3D animation. In 1997, he founded EFX Productions Ltd (The Coffee Films), which evolved into a leading production company before expanding decisively into cinema.
Since 2013, Patsias has focused on producing and co-producing short and feature-length films, overseeing projects from development through post-production, including editing, colour grading, and VFX. He has produced, co-produced, or supervised post on numerous films selected and awarded at international festivals, actively supporting emerging filmmakers while promoting Cypriot cinema abroad. His feature work includes The Midnight Shift, Tsikitiglon, the Fairy and the Man, and The Visit, alongside extensive international co-production experience.
