Kornelia (Nela) Kamieniarz is a Polish producer and production manager. She graduated in Film and TV Production Organisation from the Łódź Film School and holds an MA in Film and TV Producing from Royal Holloway, University of London. She produced the shorts Lost & Found and Let's Wait a Little Longer. The former screened at BAFTA and EFA qualifying Encounters and won the Jury Award for Best Short Fiction and an Audience Award at the Oscar-qualifying Cleveland IFF; the latter won Best International Short at Cindependent.
She worked on international productions including The Zone of Interest, A Real Pain, The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes and Foundation. Her interests focus on European arthouse cinema, emerging filmmakers and international co-production opportunities. A New Horizons Studio+ 2025 participant and member of the Polish Filmmakers Association, she is now producing Katarzyna Babicz's debut feature Windigo.
