DYLAN MITRO is a Queer independent filmmaker, based in Ontario, Canada. Toronto Metropolitan University - Image Arts: Film Studies 2018 graduate. Directing credits include: I’VE HEARD A SIREN CALLING (Queerwave Cyprus, InsideOut, Xposed Berlin), awarded Special mention for the LUCA Gender Inclusivity film award (Filmfest Dresden). RIPPLES ( BFI Flare, Frameline, InsideOut) Development of debut feature SKEETER supported at the Banff Mountain Film Festival (Adventure Filmmaking workshop), with guidance from Spindle Foundation Film Mentorship, SKEETER was brought to the Berlinale EFM in 2025.
