Christina was raised in Kyiv, Ukraine and graduated from University of the Arts London (UK). Her debut feature, How Is Katia?, premiered at the 75th Locarno Film Festival in 2022, where it won two awards and was subsequently shown at 30+ festivals worldwide. She is an alumna of renowned programs like Berlinale Talents, Midpoint, MFI, LIM, EAVE, EWA, New Horizons Studio+, among others, and is a member of the European Film Academy.
