Anastasiia Tykha
Anastasia Tykha is an emerging filmmaker with a background in documentary film. Her work examines major social and political events, especially the impact of war. Her training includes a 2018 Gaude Polonia scholarship from Poland’s Ministry of Culture and participation in the Doc.Pro course at the Wajda School in Warsaw; in 2019 she received the Presidential Scholarship for Young Writers and Artists of Ukraine. She co-directed the documentary Summertime in Ukraine, one of the highest-grossing Ukrainian theatrical documentaries in 2025. Anastasia is co-founder and program director of KINOKO, Ukraine’s first film festival dedicated to the art of cinematography (founded 2018).
Reminiscence is her feature debut, currently in development through the Midpoint Feature Launch and selected for the Göteborg Film Festival residency 2026.
