Ieva graduated from Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre of Film Production. In her freshman year she started working in one of biggerst company “Idee Fixe” as commercial producer, and those were golden times of advertisement production. After a few years she co-founded “Idee Fixe Kazakhstan” so she did business and was having good time there. However she missed new challenges, so she came back to Lithuania and took on project managing in Lithuanian film industry. Surviving film production was a novel experience and serious challenge; regardless, film production is very intoxicating activity.
