Development Hell: Why do we end up there and how to get out?

After many rewrites, does your project feel like it has lost its core?
Have new sets of notes made you question the very foundations of your story? Or do you finish each draft only to feel like you’re moving in circles?

In this interactive session, Elena Lyubarskaya will explore the most common reasons why projects end up in so-called development hell. Together with participants, she will analyze real-world case studies and brainstorm effective strategies to move forward with clarity and confidence.

About Elena Lyubarskaya
