LUCIA AT THE WINDOW

LUCIA (80), a retired nurse and widow, lives alone in a second floor apartment in the center of Madrid, where she spends her days resting and preparing her homemade kombucha recipe. However, her tranquility is threatened by “La Redonda”, a noisy bar whose patio is always at the limit of legality. Tired of the situation, Lucia hires ESTEBAN (35), a South American caretaker with an impeccable vocation and a need for work, under the pretext of his fragile health. But behind her request there is a sinister purpose. What begins as a dreamlike cohabitation turns into a terrifying possession, making Esteban the unwilling executor of his patient's dark desires. Perpetuating bloody murders to silence the bar and provide his master with the much desired rest.
