A ground-breaking creative training program, designed to foster collaborative storytelling by pairing Banijay Entertainment’s next generation of creative leaders with accomplished writers. The residency-based initiative combines series development with skill-sharing, uniting professionals from across the group’s global network to cultivate innovative series concepts.

BOOTCAMP STRUCTURE

The project-driven program is tailored for writers and Banijay Entertainment’s creative executives. Over a three-month period, participants engage in two immersive residencies.

A select cohort of development executives are mentored with writers to collaboratively develop an idea, storyline, plot, and script. Bringing together series creation and skill-building, the bootcamp strengthens the creative capabilities across Banijay Entertainment’s global network.
