SARAH GORDON is a graduate of the National Film and Television School and writes for stage and screen. Her play The Underdog: The Other Other Bronte recently finished a run at the National Theatre before going on to tour in the UK. Underdog won the Nick Darke Writer’s Award in 2020 and is currently streaming on NT at Home.
Sarah is currently developing a modernisation of Madame Bovary on attachment with the National Theatre and is writing a new play for the Almeida Theatre as the second recipient of The Roger Michell Commissioning Fund.
In her screen work, Sarah is currently writing a feature film for Studio Canal and adapting her play The Edit for film as part of the Film London Production Finance Market 2024 scheme.
