Ari, a lonely 19-year-old college freshman living an unfulfilled life in suburban Germany, idolizes Dominic Zane, a charismatic manosphere influencer who promotes hypermasculinity to his online followers through his Manclave training program. When Dominic takes an interest in Ari, the young man is pulled into Dominic’s lavish world and glamorous lifestyle. Under Dominic’s mentorship, Ari begins to come out of his shell, gaining a sense of self-worth and belonging. But Dominic‘s demands grow increasingly possessive: Ari must abandon his painting and artistic talents, push his body to physical extremes, and pledge blind loyalty to Dominic and his Manclave principles. As Ari is drawn deeper into Dominic’s world, the line between mentorship and manipulation blurs, until Dominic’s final test pushes Ari beyond his breaking point.
