Loose Ends

Tara returns from America and sees with her parents for the first time after their explosive divorce a few months ago. Her father now has a new family in Poland, her mother has started a new life with a woman, and her childhood room has been turned into a walk-in closet, but
the family dog from her youth is still there—at least for now.
The film follows their final days with the dog, blending real old home videos with fiction scenes to tell the story of a fractured family coming together to say goodbye to the last remnant of their mutual past.
