On a heavy rain, a car starts and goes right into a street pole. It seems to be a deliberate act.
Earlier that same cloudy day, STEFAN (22) is on the street, waiting for his girlfriend, MARA (22) to finish her driving exam. She passes it and is really happy about it, although Stefan seems to be in a bad mood. Just when they’re about to leave, NEA ILIE (55), Mara’s driving teacher, comes along, congratulating her and offering to give them a ride to where they had parked Stefan’s car. (excerpt)
