Tomáš Grombíř is a graduate of Screenwriting and Dramaturgy at FAMU in Prague. He has spent most of his career as a screenwriter and script editor, collaborating with all major Czech broadcasters. At TV Prima, he contributed as a screenwriter, script editor to the creation and production of long-running series (Obchoďák, Svatby v Benátkách, Přístav and Modrý kód. At Czech Television he was the chief editor Debuty creative unit, supporting emerging talent and new formats. Since 2022 he has worked as a script editor and creative producer for TV Nova and the OnePlay platform (formerly Voyo), focusing mainly on crime and drama series. He has contributed as writer or script editor to Odznak Vysočina, Policie Hvar, Záhadné případy and Chlap. As a creative producer he oversaw the miniseries Bora and is currently preparing the 8th season of the flagship crime show Kriminálka Anděl.
