Sasha is a development consultant with 15+ years of experience in scripted drama and film. She works with writers and creators on the creative core of a project - narrative structure, character development, serial engine, storylining - while keeping a clear eye on international market positioning and what actually makes a show travel.
She spent the better part of a decade at FILM.UA Group, one of the largest studios in CEE, helping shepherd a 30+ project slate from development through international pitching and co-production deals, with outputs reaching Netflix and Prime Video. At Gingers Media, she attached Liev Schreiber and Illuminated Content to a documentary co-production.
She has been part of MIDPOINT Institute's Series Launch since 2022 - first as a development executive trainee, then as a selection committee member, mentor, and lecturer, working with emerging producers and writers from across Europe.
