Lina Michl is a Croatian screenwriter. She has a BA in Film and Creative Writing from the University of Essex and a MA in Screenwriting from the University of West London. In 2021, she was part of the production team of the first Ponta Lopud Film Festival. She is a member of the Croatian Screenwriters and Playwrights Guild. In 2022, she was an assistant to the script supervisor for Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan season four.
In 2024, she was program coordinator of the Ponta Lopud Summer Screenings, as well as for the Jazz Festival and Book Bridge.
She was a finalist at the 2024 Hypewriter Pitch Forum, where she presented her drama Pharma Is A Bitch.
From November 2024 to April 2025, she worked on an adaptation of a comedy series for Paprika Studios, writing four episodes. In 2025, she received a grant from the Croatian Audiovisual Centre for screenplay development of Pharma Is A Bitch. She is currently codeveloping a darker take on Croatian Tales From Long Ago, presented at NEM Zagreb 2025
