Lena Würger, 43, criminal therapist, family therapist, and graduate in educational sciences. She has 20 years of experience working in youth services and offender rehabilitation, in the prison system, and in forensic settings.
After completing her degree in educational sciences, she initially worked with serious juvenile offenders and high-risk youths with complex behavioral issues. Later, she worked in the forensic field with violent and sexual offenders, and in the prison system with incarcerated fathers and their families. She also works as an executive coach with leaders from business, media, and academia. Her focus areas are 'Performance under Stress' and 'How to Balance Risk‘.
Since 2024, she has been working as a screenwriter. Graduate of the 36th Drehbuchwerkstatt Munich.
