Damjan Knežević is a producer, executive producer, and production manager based in Belgrade, Serbia. He graduated in Film and TV Production at the Academy of Arts in Belgrade in 2018. As an executive producer, he worked on the film Mamonga (2019), which premiered at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, and as a co-producer on the short fiction film The Truth (2023), which won the Student Academy Award for Best Narrative Short Film in 2023.
Damjan produced the debut feature film Have You Seen This Woman? (2022), which premiered in the Critics’ Week section of the 79th Venice Film Festival. He is also the producer of the short film Hysterical Laughter (2025), which premiered in Concorso Corti d’Autore at the Locarno Film Festival and in the competition program of the Sarajevo Film Festival.
He is currently developing two original scripted series and continues to work on both domestic projects and international productions.
