Renata Hajnova

Renata joined the MIDPOINT team in February 2026. She works as the Office Manager for the MIDPOINT Institute and is also in charge of Guest Services for Homecoming 2026.

She makes sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes – from daily office operations to taking care of guests and partners during the event. Calm, reliable, and solution-oriented, Renata keeps things organized while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. She also brings many years of experience working in volunteer-based cultural environments.

She holds a university degree in Architecture from the Czech Technical University in Prague and another degree in Industrial Heritage Conservation from the University of Ostrava. Although architecture has accompanied her throughout her life, the film industry has always been an environment she longed to explore – drawn to its creativity, collaboration, and storytelling spirit.

Beyond her professional life, Renata’s great passion is sewing. She loves the freedom to create from her own imagination and enjoys giving clothes a second life through thoughtful alterations.
