MIDPOINT discussion panel & alumni in the program of Karlovy Vary IFF

MIDPOINT Institute, Erich Pommer Institut and KVIFF discussion panel about the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence in the film industry & MIDPOINT alumni in festival cinemas

In the frame of MIDPOINT activities within the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, a discussion panel „AI in Storytelling: Unleashing Creativity, Confronting Challenges, and Legal Frontiers“ will be organized.

Join us and gain insights from Gerhard Maier (Program Director and Co-Founder of Seriencamp), Tatjana Samopjan (Creative Consultant), and Julia Schafdecker (Attorney at SKW Schwarz) as they explore AI's potential and the ethical considerations it entails.
The session will be hosted by Diana Lodderhose (DEADLINE).

The festival, which runs July 1 - July 8, 2022, will introduce film from
MIDPOINT Feature Launch 2019 edition. Tomas Klein´s feature debut A Sensitive Person will compete at the main Crystal Globe competition!
