Zlata Yefimenko is a Ukrainian film producer, Master of Cinematography (Karpenko-Karyi Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema and Television), and founder of the production company EF PICTURES. She has been working in the film industry since 2016, rising from assistant producer to executive and creative producer.
Her filmography includes more than 10 feature and documentary films, including Sad Portraits, I Want to Go Home, In Her Arms, Family Album, Hostages of War etc.. The projects have been screened at KISFF, ZagrebDox, Molodist IFF, Thessaloniki IFF, Bangkok IFF, Warsaw International Film Festival and others.
Participant in international programs and laboratories: Producers Network (Marché du Film, Cannes 2023), ZagrebDox Pro: Dox of War, JumpGate (DocLisboa, 2023), WAMA Film Lab (Olsztyn, Poland, 2024), Script Development Program by the Ukrainian Film Academy in partnership with Netflix (2023), Goethe-Institut Cultural Management Lab
She was also an expert on the Council of the Ukrainian State Film Agency (2021–22).
She manages the social-cultural project «On Equals» dedicated to the employment of people with disabilities.
