Mája has been living with leukemia for months. When she learns of a risky bone marrow donor match, she keeps the news to herself and convinces her husband Tomáš to take a spontaneous European roadtrip, a long-postponed honeymoon. He sees it as a sign of recovery; she seeks space to decide whether to undergo the life-threatening procedure. As they journey through scenic landscapes, they reconnect, but their bond is tested by secrets, illness, and conflicting hopes.
