Roza Medvešek (b. 1998, Zagreb) is a second-year graduate student of Production at the Academy of Dramatic Art, University of Zagreb, where she also completed her
undergraduate degree in Production.
During her studies, she has worked on a variety of film and television projects. As an assistant director, she worked on the films Dnevnik Pauline P. and Dnevnik Pauline P. 2 and the HRT series Majstori, and she also took part in producing the shows Supertalent and Startaj Hrvatska (Nova TV). As a producer, she has worked on several short documentary and fiction student films.
For the past two years, she has worked as a producer at the production company Izvan fokusa d.o.o., mainly on television and documentary projects, including several documentary series for HRT.
She has taken part in programmes and workshops of Industry Youth! at the Zagreb Film Festival, PitchADU, Filmska kovanica, European Short Pitch, and CineLink at the Sarajevo
Film Festival.
She has also worked as a drama educator and mentor of children's drama groups. She speaks English (C1), Slovak (B2) and Italian (A2).
