Graduated at Film Studies department of Faculty of Art at Charles University in Prague. Worked as a freelance journalist. From 2004 till 2008 worked as a Programme Director of IFF Febiofest Prague. Then switched for a position of a Label Manager at distribution company Bontonfilm (responsible for marketing of 20th Century Fox titles) and later became a Managing Director of Film Distribution Artcam company focused on art-house films. In 2015 was elected to be a Vice chairman of the Board at State Cinematography Fund and started to work as an Artistic Director of IFF Febiofest Bratislava in Slovakia.
