Nine-year-old Natasha spends summer with her sister at their grandparents’ home in a Ukrainian village. She enjoys carefree holidays, her granny’s cooking, and discovers herself and local traditions. The village lives by the rhythm of nature, Slavic superstitions, and strict, deeply rooted social rules. Natasha soon realizes that she does not fit into these rules.
