Sean Greenhorn
Sean Greenhorn is a creative executive and script development specialist with extensive experience in Scottish film and television. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Script Development from the National Film and Television School.
He spent seven years on the scripted team at Screen Scotland, the national screen agency, where he helped nurture and develop feature films, television projects, and animation from Scottish writers for the international market. He worked closely with emerging talent, supporting projects across genres and budgets, guiding them from initial concept through development and helping position them for production and distribution. This included award-winning shorts such as Sean Lionadh's Too Rough and features such as Laura Carreira's On Falling.
Prior to Screen Scotland, he worked at Glasgow Film Theatre and Glasgow Film Festival, rising to Programme Manager.
Sean now works freelance in development, production and consultancy, and is currently establishing a new genre-focused production company in Scotland.
