Enrico Pacciani
Born in Florence, I’ve worked in film & TV since the early 2000s. My producing path combines creative development and international collaboration, with a focus on stories that explore social and emotional complexity through distinctive characters. After debuting as a documentary producer on Irrawaddy Mon Amour (2015 – IDFA, Torino, MoMA Doc Fortnight), I produced Indro and Firenze ’66 for Sky Arte. Training with Eurodoc, IDFAcademy and Script Circle (Berlin) deepened my view of producing as a shared creative process. Following Toscana Film Commission’s Showrunner Lab (2023), I’m now expanding into series. I have joined forces with Ada Bonvini’s The Family production company and director Lucio Pellegrini on a true-crime drama revisiting a killer’s long-ignored case in Northern Italy (1970s–1990s). The project reflects the themes of systems, responsibility, memory and performative identity that I continue to explore with curiosity through my work as a producer.
