Alicia Martinez has been with the Brussels Short Film Festival and Brussels International Film Festival for five years. She is Head of Industry Events for both festivals managing professional events and industry programming. She also contributes to the Brussels Short Film Festival’s artistic vision as a member of the international and national selection committee. In parallel with her role as head of Industry Events, she coordinates the European Short Film Audience Award (ESFAA), a network of 10 European festivals promoting short films through audience engagement. She has also taken part as a speaker in several industry panels across Europe.
