Barbora Struss

Barbora is the co-founder and director of MIDPOINT Institute, where she leads the organisation’s mission, vision, and overall direction.

She brings a human-centred approach to her work and values honest, inspiring collaboration.

Before co-founding MIDPOINT, she worked across Europe in film sales and distribution, international PR at Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, and in roles supporting the European audiovisual sector, including leading the Creative Europe MEDIA Desk Czech Republic and contributing to international training programmes.

She is also a member of the Czech Audiovisual Fund’s TV Council and a member of the European Film Academy.
